The Fit Club is the place for you

You see, we are not here to give you the perfect diet plan, or the perfect exercise plan…because there is no such thing.

Why? Because we are all so different!

It’s about finding the plan that works for you, a plan that works with you, and a plan that brings you the best results without having a negative impact on your mental health and wellbeing.

Let me tell you a little bit about my own journey, and why I decided to start this society to help and support other women!

When I turned 18, I made it my life mission to adopt a healthier lifestyle. As a teenager, I had battled with anorexia and low self-confidence.

 

This change for a better life felt like such a revelation. I was finally going to be free of my mental health issues. I was going to be fit and healthy and happy…and have a rocking body to boot!

 
It seemed like I had it all figured out, and from an outsider’s perspective, it looked like I was doing really well for myself.
 
Anybody I met in the street would never see me without a six pack bag containing my prepped salads, a black coffee, and my active wear on.
 
It seemed like I had my life well and truly TOGETHER.

I wish I could say this was the truth, but in reality, my mental health was in tatters, and by the time I was 21, I had developed a serious binge eating disorder. I had lost all control in search of “healthy” living.

For a long time I believed that my problem was a total lack of willpower, but the truth is, the ‘healthy’ lifestyle I was following was just not healthy for my mind.

It took a long time of working on my mindset to get to a truly healthy place both inside and out…and then a magical thing happened.

My body never looked or felt better!

After so long of “dieting” and “training”, I finally found peace of mind, a balanced lifestyle, and with that… I start reaching the goals that seemed too far out of reach for so long.
